Credit
For the financing of productive projects, ADRI offers micro, small and medium businesses the following types of credit:
a. Temporary credit: For short-term undertakings, geared primarily to finance capital, purchases of inventory and supplies, among others. The term for this credit is up to three months.
b. Credit for productive housing: Intended to finance the improvement or acquisition of housing in which the productive activity is carried out or in which the enterprise is located. The term for this credit is from three to five years.
c. Preferential credit: Directed to longstanding clients of ADRI who have demonstrated the requirements of an approved investment plan.d. Direct credit: Paid out in a single transaction to cover requirements of the approved investment plan.
e. Revolving line of credit: Credit facility through which a maximum amount is approved that can be paid out in various transactions according to the client’s needs. It is called revolving because the availability of the line of credit will be increased by the portion of the principal the client pays.f. Discount of invoices or Factoreo: It is a financial agile and rapid product, that it allows the client to obtain a constant liquidity without having to resort to the bank lendings.
One of the greatest strengths of ADRI is its fast, efficient, and personalized attention to the client and his or her business. With all requirements in order, the processing of the credit application takes a maximum of three days.
For the periodic amortization of the debt, ADRI offers its clients the option of paying via deposit in the principal banks of the country, which serves as payment in any of our regional offices.
